Employee Recruitment Marketing Allowance

To ensure that a company creating 50 or more jobs receives a good, qualified pool of potential employees, the Harlingen EDC may provide the company with a one-time marketing allowance to promote open positions within the company. This allowance will help augment resources available through Workforce Solutions of Cameron County.
