HEDC Staff attends International Conference of Shopping Centers

HEDC staff at ICSC

The Harlingen EDC staff attended the International Conference of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Trade Show November 2-4, 2009.  Participants of the trade show included shopping center owners, developers, property managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, restaurants, retailers, as well as public officials, giving HEDC staff the opportunity to network with national retailers and brokers.
