Harlingen Employment Outlook for 2009 - 1st Quarter

December 9, 2008 – Brownsville-Harlingen area employers expect to hire at a positive pace during the first quarter of 2009, according to the Manpower Employment Outlook Survey. Among survey participants, the Brownsville-Harlingen area employment outlook is the sixth best in the nation.
